how it works
Everyone meets it at the same second
Most launches are decided in their first block, by whoever is fastest. On Cometpad the first block cannot trade. You see a token coming, you share it, you wait, and it opens for everyone together.
approaching
arrived
Sighted
One transaction creates the token, opens its Uniswap v4 pool, sinks the pool's share of the supply as a position nothing can remove, and records when it arrives. The address is public from that block on.
Approaching
Until the arrival second, the coma, the hook in the pool's key, refuses every swap: buys, sells, exact-in, exact-out, through this site or any other router. There is nothing to snipe in the launch block, because nothing can be bought in it.
Watched
While it approaches, anyone can add their wallet to a public count of who is waiting. It is a signal, not a ticket: watching gives no priority and costs only gas.
Arrived
From the arrival second on, the pool is open to everyone at once and stays open. No function in any of the contracts can shut it again, and there is no owner to call one.
Dust
Every swap pays a small fee in ETH to one fixed address, taken by the hook whichever router carries the trade. The rate is a constant in verified source.
